Rat Pituitary tumor-transforming gene 1 protein-interacting protein (Pttg1ip) ELISA Kit

The kit has been validated for rat samples and is suitable for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, detecting both natural and recombinant rat Pttg1ip.

Manufacturer-supplied performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.08 ng/mL. The target protein interacts with PTTG1 and may facilitate PTTG1 nuclear translocation. Pttg1ip is described as a single-pass type I membrane protein located at the cell membrane, in the cytoplasm and in the nucleus, with a reported molecular weight of 19,900 Da (UniProt Q6P767; NCBI Gene ID 365548).
