Rat PIIINP/Procollagen III N-terminal Propeptide ELISA Kit

The procedure involves equilibrating reagents, sequential incubations with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin, TMB colour development, and absorbance reading at 450 nm.
