Rat Phosphodiesterase 12 (PDE12) ELISA Kit

Phosphodiesterase 12 (PDE12) is a 2'-phosphodiesterase that hydrolyzes 2',5'-oligoadenylates and modulates the interferon-induced RNase L antiviral pathway. This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative detection of native PDE12 in rat biological samples, supporting research into innate immunity, viral defense mechanisms, and interferon signaling. Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, lyophilized recombinant standard, and all buffers needed to run the assay. The protocol uses 100 uL of sample per well with a total incubation time of approximately 3.5 hours.
