Rat Pfkm/6-phosphofructokinase ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of PFKM (6-phosphofructokinase) in rat samples. PFKM is a key enzyme in glycolysis, playing a crucial role in energy metabolism and cellular functions, and its dysregulation has been associated with metabolic disorders, cancer, and other diseases.

The double-antibody sandwich format provides a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. The kit is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, with reagents stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Validated linearity in serum (n=5) is 95–102% at 1:2, 87–99% at 1:4, and 86–90% at 1:8 dilution, with average recovery of 97% in serum. The procedure uses HRP-streptavidin binding, with absorbance measured at 450 nm after TMB color development.
