Recovery ranges are 89-104% (average 96%) for serum, 93-105% (average 100%) for EDTA plasma, and 88-104% (average 97%) for heparin plasma. The procedure involves primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm. The kit should be stored at 2-8°C for up to 12 months.
