Rat Peroxiredoxin-2/PRDX2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is configured for the quantitative measurement of Peroxiredoxin-2 (PRDX2) in rat samples using a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection. It is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

The assay reports a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL and a working range of 0.781–50 ng/mL.
