Rat PEPCK ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit from Assay Genie designed for the accurate quantification of Phosphoenolpyruvate Carboxykinase (PEPCK) levels in rat samples. The assay is reactive with rat and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Detection uses a TMB colorimetric substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm, and the kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
