Rat PCNA/Proliferating Cell Nuclear ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the accurate quantification of PCNA (Proliferating Cell Nuclear Antigen) levels in rat samples, including serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants. The assay uses a double-antibody Sandwich ELISA format and is intended for research use only.

Performance specifications reported by the manufacturer include a sensitivity of 0.094ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156-10ng/ml. In spiked recovery testing, recovery ranges were 87-105% (average 97%) in serum, 85-93% (average 91%) in EDTA plasma, and 86-105% (average 96%) in UFH plasma. Linearity testing across serial dilutions of 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 yielded 85-102%, 85-103% and 91-99% in serum; 85-97%, 83-90% and 82-101% in EDTA plasma; and 83-98%, 88-97% and 83-87% in UFH plasma. Precision is reported as intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%.
