Rat ORP150/HSP12A ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody format for the quantitative measurement of ORP150 (also known as HSP12A and HYOU1) in rat samples. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate and other liquid samples. Detection combines a pre-coated capture antibody with a biotin-conjugated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin, with absorbance read at 450 nm after TMB substrate development and addition of stop solution.

Quoted performance figures include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a standard curve range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Reported dilution linearity (n=5) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 is 85-105%, 84-100% and 84-100% for serum; 90-105%, 86-99% and 85-96% for EDTA plasma; and 91-104%, 82-98% and 80-87% for heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery averages are 92% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma and 96% in heparin plasma.
