Osteopontin (OPN), a secreted phosphoprotein tied to bone metabolism, inflammation, and tumor progression, can be quantified in rat specimens using this immunoassay kit from Assay Genie. Built for laboratory research, the assay works with cell culture supernatants as well as liquid samples such as serum or plasma harvested from rat models, supporting investigations in cardiovascular injury, renal fibrosis, metabolic disease, and oncology where osteopontin expression is a relevant biomarker.

Each kit ships with a pre-coated microplate and reagents sufficient for 96 assays.
