Rat OCLN/Occludin ELISA Kit

Occludin is a key component of tight junctions, contributing to the barrier function of epithelial and endothelial tissues. Linearity was assessed at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions: serum 85–97%, 91–104%, 86–94%; EDTA plasma 82–100%, 83–96%, 85–95%; heparin plasma 85–97%, 80–96%, 85–100%. Recovery ranges were 87–99% (serum, average 91%), 87–102% (EDTA plasma, average 91%), and 88–103% (heparin plasma, average 93%). Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled detection antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, stop solution, wash buffer, plate sealer, and technical manual. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months, with select components stored at −20°C as indicated in the kit insert.
