Rat Occludin (Ocln) ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise measurement of occludin in rat samples, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a colorimetric detection method. The assay is reactive with rat and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids.

Manufacturer specifications state a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.167 ng/mL. Intra-assay CV is 4.2% and inter-assay CV is 7.6%. The kit is specific for natural and recombinant rat Occludin and is for research use only.
