The Assay Genie NR1D2 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Nuclear Receptor Subfamily 1, Group D, Member 2 — also known as Rev-erbβ — in rat-derived samples using a colorimetric microplate format supplied as 96 assays per kit. Rev-erbβ is a heme-binding nuclear receptor that acts as a transcriptional repressor within the core circadian clock and shapes hepatic metabolic gene expression, so this kit is commonly deployed in chronobiology, metabolic disease, and nuclear receptor signaling research. The protocol is built for use with tissue homogenates and accommodates standard laboratory workflows in pharmacology, endocrinology, and cell biology laboratories investigating clock-controlled pathways. Each kit is intended for in vitro research use only and contains the reagents required to establish a standard curve, process samples, and quantify NR1D2 levels on a conventional microplate reader.
