Rat NPR1/NPRA ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the precise measurement of NPR1 levels in rat serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatants, this sandwich ELISA kit uses a double-antibody detection format. NPR1, also known as NPRA, is a key receptor involved in the regulation of blood pressure and fluid balance, making it a critical target for studying cardiovascular diseases and hypertension.

The assay has a sensitivity of 1.875 ng/ml and a detection range of 3.125-200 ng/ml. Recovery in serum ranged from 91-102% (average 96%), in EDTA plasma 92-105% (average 98%) and in UFH plasma 85-103% (average 97%). Linearity was assessed by serial dilution of spiked samples at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8, with intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%. The kit should be stored at 4°C for 6 months and is for research use only.
