Rat NOS2/iNOS (Nitric Oxide Synthase 2, Inducible) CLIA Kit (RTES00307)

The Assay Genie CLIA Kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of Rat NOS2/iNOS (Nitric Oxide Synthase 2, Inducible) concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay applies the Sandwich CLIA principle, using a pre-coated plate with an antibody specific to the target analyte.

Standards or samples are added to the plate wells together with a biotinylated detection antibody specific for Rat NOS2/iNOS and an Avidin-Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugate. Following incubation and washing, a substrate solution is added and the Relative Light Unit (RLU) value is measured using a Chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer. The RLU value is proportional to the analyte concentration, which is determined by comparison against a standard curve.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 37.50 pg/mL and a detection range of 62.50-4000 pg/mL. It recognizes Rat NOS2/iNOS in samples, with no significant cross-reactivity or interference between the target and analogues observed.
