Rat Non-Neuronal Enolase ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA (Double Antibody) from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of non-neuronal enolase in rat samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Non-neuronal enolase is a key enzyme involved in glycolysis and is essential for energy metabolism in cells, and has been implicated in conditions such as cancer, diabetes, and neurological disorders.

The kit offers a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313-20 ng/mL. Linearity across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 falls between 81-105% for serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma. Recovery ranges are 86-104% for serum (average 96%), 89-97% for EDTA plasma (average 95%), and 89-105% for heparin plasma (average 100%). Reagents should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The assay procedure involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate to room temperature, then loading standards, samples, and blanks onto the pre-coated plate. The plate is incubated at 37°C for 90 minutes, followed by incubation with biotin-labeled detection antibody for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) for 30 minutes, and TMB substrate in the dark for 10-20 minutes. The reaction is stopped and absorbance is read at 450 nm.
