Rat NFE2L2 ELISA Kit

Compatible matrices include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. NFE2L2 is a transcription factor central to oxidative stress response and cellular defence, with dysregulation implicated in cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and inflammatory conditions.

Quoted performance figures are a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and an assay range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL, with absorbance read at 450 nm following TMB colour development. Recovery averaged 94% for serum (range 89-102%), 92% for EDTA plasma (range 86-101%) and 93% for heparin plasma (range 88-105%). Dilutional linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 spanned 85-103%, 89-104% and 88-98% in serum; 85-97%, 83-100% and 83-97% in EDTA plasma; and 86-100%, 85-99% and 80-99% in heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
