Rat Neurotrophin-3 ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a sandwich ELISA kit designed for the quantitative measurement of neurotrophin-3 in rat samples. The assay uses a double-antibody format with a colorimetric detection step, in which TMB substrate is read at 450 nm after a stop reaction. Reagents are kept at 2–8°C, where the kit remains stable for 12 months.

The kit is intended for rat reactivity and is validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Linearity and recovery data are summarised for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma matrices.
