Rat Neuregulin 1/NRG1 ELISA Kit

Validated linearity across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5) is 85–97% / 89–99% / 81–97% (serum), 80–92% / 82–92% / 83–96% (EDTA plasma), and 83–95% / 84–96% / 83–100% (heparin plasma) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions respectively. Recovery ranges are 88–101% (average 96%) for serum, 90–103% (average 98%) for EDTA plasma, and 86–102% (average 95%) for heparin plasma. The protocol covers reagent and plate preparation, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB substrate color development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution is added.
