Rat Nestin ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Nestin in rat samples. The double-antibody sandwich format supports neuroscience research, including studies of neural stem cells, neurogenesis, and neural differentiation.

The kit is reactive with rat and validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Reported sensitivity is 9.375 pg/mL with an assay range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Linearity across dilutions spans 86-105% for serum, 88-105% for EDTA plasma, and 86-102% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges are 90-104% for serum, 90-104% for EDTA plasma, and 91-99% for heparin plasma. Kits should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
