Rat Multidrug resistance-associated protein 1 (Abcc1) ELISA Kit

Recovery has been validated in serum (average 87%, range 81-93%) and plasma (average 89%, range 83-95%), and linearity has been assessed across serial dilutions of serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma.

The assay detects both natural and recombinant rat Multidrug resistance-associated protein 1. The target protein is localised to the cell membrane as a multi-pass membrane protein, with synonyms including ATP-binding cassette sub-family C member 1, Glutathione-S-conjugate-translocating ATPase ABCC1, Leukotriene C(4) transporter, LTC4 transporter and Mrp1.
