Rat MMP8 ELISA Kit

Linearity has been demonstrated at 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions: serum (n=5) 85-103%, 85-95%, 83-97%; EDTA plasma (n=5) 87-104%, 83-100%, 82-99%; heparin plasma (n=5) 92-104%, 83-101%, 80-98%. Recovery ranges and averages are 86-98% (93%) for serum, 85-104% (98%) for EDTA plasma, and 85-101% (94%) for heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
