Rat MMP3 ELISA Kit

It is a colorimetric assay using a double-antibody sandwich format and accepts a broad range of rat specimen types, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. MMP3 is an enzyme involved in the breakdown of extracellular matrix proteins and plays a role in tissue remodeling and repair, with abnormal levels linked to pathological conditions such as arthritis, cancer, and cardiovascular diseases.

The protocol comprises reagent equilibration at room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotinylated detection antibody incubation at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and immediate absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution addition.
