Rat MIP-3a/CCL20 ELISA Kit

Validated linearity spans 85-105% (1:2), 88-99% (1:4) and 81-99% (1:8) for serum; 87-104%, 87-96% and 83-99% for EDTA plasma; and 86-102%, 82-101% and 82-94% for heparin plasma. Recovery averages 99% for serum, 99% for EDTA plasma, and 94% for heparin plasma.
