Rat MIP-1alpha PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1680)

MIP-1alpha (Macrophage Inflammatory Protein-1 alpha), also designated CCL3, is a pro-inflammatory chemokine secreted by activated macrophages, dendritic cells, and lymphocytes. It drives leukocyte chemotaxis, recruits monocytes and neutrophils to inflammatory sites, and serves as a biomarker in rat models of infection, autoimmune disease, transplant rejection, and neuroinflammation.

The Assay Genie PharmaGenie kit quantifies rat MIP-1alpha in cell culture supernatants, plasma, and serum using a microplate-based quantitative immunoassay. The standard curve covers 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL, with a minimum detectable dose of approximately 7.8 pg/mL, and the protocol requires a 100 uL sample volume per well. Unopened reagents should be stored refrigerated, and the kit is for research use only.
