Rat MIG/CXCL9 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1679)

The Assay Genie Sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the quantitative colorimetric detection of Rat MIG/CXCL9 (C-X-C motif chemokine; UniProt Q8K4B1) in serum, plasma and cell lysate samples. The assay uses a sandwich-based design principle and is configured for ELISA applications.

Reported performance characteristics include a measuring range of 25 pg/ml - 6,000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 25 pg/ml, with a recommended 2 fold dilution. The kit is supplied for use in ELISA workflows and will require additional equipment and materials to complete the assay.
