Rat Methylase ELISA Kit

Methylase is an enzyme responsible for adding methyl groups to DNA, with roles in epigenetic regulation and gene expression. This solid phase, colorimetric kit shows reactivity specific to rat. Sensitivity is 46.875 pg/mL with an assay range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL. Compatible sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Storage is recommended at 2-8°C for 12 months.
