Rat Matrix Metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Rat Matrix Metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9) ELISA Kit quantifies rat MMP9, a 92 kDa zinc-dependent endopeptidase (gelatinase B) that cleaves type IV and V collagens, gelatin, and elastin. MMP9 is a clinically relevant biomarker in studies of tumor invasion, angiogenesis, joint inflammation, vascular remodeling, and wound healing, where elevated levels signal active extracellular matrix turnover.

Each kit contains a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, TMB substrate, stop solution, concentrated wash buffer, and a recombinant rat MMP9 standard for generating a quantitative standard curve.
