Rat MAT1A/S-adenosylmethionine synthase isoform type-1 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric, sandwich ELISA, double antibody assay from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of rat MAT1A (S-adenosylmethionine synthase isoform type-1). The kit is suitable for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and is intended for research in metabolism.

Performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a detection range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Linearity has been evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, with recovery data reported across the same sample types. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
