Rat Lysosomal alpha-Glucosidase/GAA ELISA Kit

Designed for quantitative detection of lysosomal alpha-glucosidase (GAA) in rat samples, this Assay Genie ELISA kit uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric readout. The assay has a sensitivity of 0.938 ng/mL and a working range of 1.563-100 ng/mL, with absorbance measured at 450 nm.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit supports research into glycogen storage disorders such as Pompe disease, a condition linked to mutations in the GAA gene that impair glycogen breakdown in lysosomes. Unopened kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.
