Rat Lymphocyte Function Associated Antigen 1 Alpha (LFA1a) ELISA Kit

LFA1a (also known as CD11a or ITGAL) is the alpha chain of the leukocyte β2 integrin LFA-1, which pairs with the CD18 beta subunit to mediate lymphocyte adhesion to ICAM-1 during immune cell activation and transmigration.

This Assay Genie kit enables quantitative detection of rat LFA1a in tissue homogenates and cell lysates, supporting studies of integrin biology, leukocyte trafficking, transendothelial migration, and inflammatory disease models.
