Rat LXR alpha (liver X Receptor Alpha) ELISA Kit  (RTES01182)

The Assay Genie Rat LXR alpha ELISA Kit provides quantitative measurement of nuclear receptor liver X receptor alpha (NR1H3), a ligand-activated transcription factor governing cholesterol efflux, bile acid synthesis, and hepatic lipogenesis. The kit supports research into atherosclerosis, NAFLD, type 2 diabetes, and macrophage-driven inflammation in rodent models.

Reagents are supplied on a pre-coated microplate with lyophilized standard, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, and TMB substrate. Pipette 50 uL of standard or sample per well, incubate at room temperature, and read absorbance on a standard plate reader. Store the sealed kit at 4 degrees C; protect from light and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of working dilutions.
