Rat LPO/Lactoperoxidase ELISA Kit

Reported linearity for serum (n = 5) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions is 86–102%, 82–99% and 84–99% respectively; EDTA plasma (n = 5) is 87–103%, 82–92% and 81–96%; heparin plasma (n = 5) is 98–105%, 82–100% and 83–87%. Reported recovery averages are 98% for serum, 98% for EDTA plasma and 96% for heparin plasma. The assay procedure involves reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C, biotin-labeled detection antibody binding, HRP-streptavidin binding, TMB color development, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm.
