Quantifies lipopolysaccharide-induced CXC chemokine (LIX), the rat orthologue of human CXCL5 and a neutrophil chemoattractant upregulated during inflammatory responses, endotoxin challenge, and tissue injury. Assembled by Assay Genie as a complete microplate-based set with pre-coated capture antibody, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, chromogenic substrate, calibrated standards, and wash buffer. Used in pulmonary, hepatic, synovial, and neuroinflammatory models, sepsis research, and CXC chemokine-signalling pathway work measuring chemokine gradients in cell supernatant, plasma, serum, or tissue lysate. Store the unopened kit refrigerated; reconstituted standard should be aliquoted into single-use vials and exposed to limited freeze-thaw cycles only.
