Rat LIPF/Gastric triacylglycerol lipase ELISA Kit

Designed for the accurate detection of LIPF levels in rat samples, this Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie uses a double-antibody method and is validated for serum, plasma, and tissue homogenates. The target analyte is gastric triacylglycerol lipase, an enzyme involved in lipid digestion and absorption in the gastrointestinal system that plays a key role in lipid metabolism and energy regulation, supporting research into metabolic disorders, obesity, and digestive diseases.

Sensitivity is 46.875 pg/ml with a working range of 78.125–5000 pg/ml. Spike-and-recovery in serum (n=5) was 86–104% (average 95%), in EDTA plasma (n=5) was 85–98% (average 93%), and in UFH plasma (n=5) was 86–96% (average 91%). Linearity across serial dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8) was 89–103% / 86–105% / 95–105% for serum, 85–98% / 83–101% / 82–101% for EDTA plasma, and 80–97% / 80–99% / 92–98% for UFH plasma. Intra-assay precision is CV <8% and inter-assay precision is CV <10%. The kit is stored at 4°C for 6 months and is for research use only.
