Rat Leucine-rich repeat-containing G-protein coupled receptor 4 (Lgr4) ELISA Kit

The assay accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, and the manufacturer lists specificity for both natural and recombinant rat LGR4.

LGR4, also referenced as G-protein coupled receptor 48 or Gpr48, is a multi-pass cell-membrane receptor that potentiates the canonical Wnt signaling pathway upon R-spondin binding and is implicated in the formation and maintenance of multiple organs including the liver, kidney, intestine, bone, reproductive tract and eye. The kit is intended for research use only, is read colorimetrically by ELISA, and provides a detection range of 0.78-50ng/mL with a sensitivity of 0.396ng/mL.
