Rat Ki-67 Protein (Ki67P) ELISA Kit

Ki-67 is expressed during the active phases of the cell cycle (G1, S, G2, and M) and is largely absent in quiescent G0 cells, making it a widely used marker in studies of cell proliferation, tumor biology, and tissue regeneration.

This Rat Ki-67 Protein (Ki67P) ELISA Kit is configured for 96 assays in a microplate format and is intended for rat tissue homogenates and cell lysates. The absorbance-based readout supports quantitative comparison of proliferation indices across experimental groups. Each kit includes reagents needed to generate a standard curve and quantify Ki-67 levels in research samples.

Ki-67, also known as MKI67, is one of the most commonly reported markers in cancer research and histopathology, where high Ki-67 labeling indices often correlate with aggressive tumor behavior and poor prognosis.
