Rat Kallikrein 8/Neuropsin ELISA Kit

Using a double antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, the kit is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. It offers a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a working range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL, with all components stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Kallikrein 8, also called Neuropsin, participates in physiological processes such as synaptic plasticity and neurodevelopment, and its dysregulation has been associated with Alzheimer's disease and neurological disorders, supporting its value as a biomarker in rat model research.
