Rat JNK ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit enables precise measurement of JNK (c-Jun N-terminal Kinase) in rat samples including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. JNK plays key roles in apoptosis, inflammation, and stress response, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, inflammatory disorders, and neurodegenerative conditions. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection read at 450 nm, offering a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL, with storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Validated linearity in serum (n=5) ranges 87–105% at 1:2, 96–99% at 1:4, and 88–104% at 1:8; EDTA plasma (n=5) shows 91–96%, 89–99%, and 82–97% across the same dilutions; heparin plasma (n=5) shows 80–99%, 81–95%, and 80–99%. Recovery in serum (n=5) spans 85–100% with a 94% mean, EDTA plasma (n=5) 85–102% with a 91% mean, and heparin plasma (n=5) 85–103% with a 94% mean.

The protocol proceeds through reagent equilibration, a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, a 60-minute biotin-labeled detection antibody incubation, a 30-minute HRP-Streptavidin binding step, TMB substrate development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm after stop solution is added.
