Rat JAK3 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody kit is designed for the precise and accurate measurement of JAK3 (Janus kinase 3) levels in rat samples. JAK3 is a key enzyme involved in the JAK/STAT signaling pathway, playing a crucial role in immune response and inflammation, and is supported by UniProt accession Q63272.

The kit offers a sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL with a detection range of 0.781–50 ng/mL. It has been validated for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Detection is colour-based, using a TMB substrate with absorbance measured at 450 nm.

Linearity performance for the assay is reported as 85-102%, 84-92%, and 80-91% (serum, n=5); 87-97%, 82-99%, and 90-100% (EDTA plasma, n=5); and 85-101%, 82-101%, and 83-100% (heparin plasma, n=5). Recovery ranges are 87-104% with an average of 96% (serum, n=5), 87-103% with an average of 97% (EDTA plasma, n=5), and 87-105% with an average of 96% (heparin plasma, n=5).
