Rat Isocitrate Dehydrogenase ELISA Kit

Assay Genie offers a sandwich ELISA kit employing a double-antibody configuration for the quantitative measurement of isocitrate dehydrogenase in rat samples, also referred to as ICD (Uniprot P41562). The assay uses a pre-coated capture antibody, a biotin-conjugated detection antibody, HRP-Streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm.

Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate and other liquid samples. The kit has a stated sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and a working range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Reported recovery averages 96% in serum, 94% in EDTA plasma and 95% in heparin plasma, with linearity across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions of 86–105% in serum, 83–101% in EDTA plasma and 81–99% in heparin plasma. The product is supplied for research use only and stored at 2–8°C.
