The standard curve range covers 15.6 to 1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity near 7.8 pg/mL, using 100 uL of sample per determination. Unopened reagents should be stored refrigerated and shielded from light; allow all components to equilibrate to room temperature before running the assay. Each kit supplies a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, wash buffer, and serial dilution standards sufficient to run 96 determinations in a single microplate.
