Rat Interleukin 2 (IL-2) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Rat IL-2 ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of interleukin-2 in rat serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and cell culture supernatants through a sandwich immunoassay on a precoated microplate. Each reaction uses a 100 µL sample volume, and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader.

IL-2 is a central T-cell growth factor driving lymphocyte proliferation, making this assay useful for immunology, inflammation, transplant tolerance, vaccine response, and autoimmune disease studies. Reconstituted standards and detection antibody should be frozen at -20°C, while the sealed plate and remaining components remain stable at 2-8°C; intended for research use only and not for clinical diagnostics.
