Rat Interferon Gamma Induced Protein 10kDa (IP10) ELISA Kit

CXCL10 (IP-10) is a 10 kDa interferon-gamma-inducible chemokine that signals through CXCR3 to recruit activated T lymphocytes and NK cells, and it is widely studied in models of viral infection, organ fibrosis, allograft rejection, and tumor immunology. The Assay Genie rat IP-10 ELISA is built on a capture/detection antibody pair raised against recombinant rat CXCL10 and shows no significant cross-reactivity with the closely related rat chemokines CXCL9 (MIG) or CXCL11 (I-TAC). It delivers a quantitative working range of 62.5 to 4000 pg/mL, a minimum detectable concentration of approximately 15.6 pg/mL, and uses a 50 µL sample loading volume per well. The full protocol can be completed in roughly 3.5 hours of incubation time, and the kit is supplied ready-to-use with pre-diluted standards, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, and TMB substrate.
