Rat Integrin Alpha M (ITGaM) ELISA Kit

This Assay Genie ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of Integrin Alpha M (ITGaM), also known as CD11b, the alpha subunit of the complement receptor 3 (Mac-1) heterodimer expressed on monocytes, neutrophils, macrophages, and NK cells. The kit is intended for research use only and supports studies of leukocyte adhesion, phagocytosis, complement-mediated clearance, and inflammatory cell trafficking in rat models.

Compatible samples include tissue homogenates and cell lysates, allowing researchers to evaluate ITGaM expression across pulmonary, splenic, hepatic, neural, and vascular tissues. Standards and reagents should be stored refrigerated when not in use to preserve antibody binding activity, and microplate strips should be kept sealed with desiccant between runs.

For each assay, prepared standards and samples are added to the pre-coated microplate wells, followed by detection antibody and substrate incubation, with absorbance readings used to interpolate ITGaM concentrations from a standard curve.
