Rat Insulin receptor substrate 1/IRS1 ELISA Kit

The workflow involves equilibrating reagents and TMB substrate, a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin (SABC) incubation for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance measurement at 450 nm immediately after adding the stop solution.
