Rat Insulin Receptor Beta ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Sandwich ELISA kit (Double Antibody format) is designed for the quantitative measurement of insulin receptor beta in rat samples. The assay is reactive with rat and has been validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. Using a colorimetric detection method, it delivers a sensitivity of 0.563 ng/mL across a working range of 0.938-60 ng/mL.

Built on sandwich ELISA principles, the plate is pre-coated with capture antibody and the biotin-conjugated antibody is used for detection. After incubation with standards and samples, biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate are added sequentially. TMB substrate is then added and the enzymatic reaction is read at 450 nm, with target concentration positively correlated with OD450 absorbance.

The kit should be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Performance validation includes linearity across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, and recovery rates of 86-105% with averages of 96% (serum), 96% (EDTA plasma) and 91% (heparin plasma).
