Rat Inhibin Binding Protein/INHBP ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA (Double Antibody) format from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Inhibin Binding Protein (INHBP) in rat samples. The assay is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, using a pre-coated microplate with biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and a colorimetric readout at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.

Sensitivity is 0.469 ng/mL with a working range of 0.781-50 ng/mL. Reagents supplied include a lyophilized standard, biotin-labelled antibody, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC), TMB substrate, sample and antibody dilution buffers, SABC dilution buffer, stop solution, wash buffer, and plate sealer. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Recovery averages 96-99% across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples.
