Rat Inhibin beta A chain/INHBA ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric Sandwich ELISA is designed for quantitative detection of inhibin beta A chain (INHBA) in rat samples, with documented reactivity against the rat target (UniProt P18331). The assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples.

Performance specifications include a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and an assay range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL. Linearity has been characterised at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions in serum (91-105%, 88-102%, 91-100%), EDTA plasma (84-98%, 82-101%, 88-98%) and heparin plasma (80-97%, 90-95%, 80-92%). Reported average recovery is 94% for serum, 96% for EDTA plasma and 97% for heparin plasma. Reagents are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months per the manufacturer's specifications.
