Rat IL-4 CLIA Kit (RTES00014)

A chemiluminescence ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Rat Interleukin-4 (IL-4) concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The assay uses the Sandwich-CLIA principle with a microplate pre-coated with antibody specific to Rat IL-4, and the total assay time is 3.5h.

Sensitivity is reported at 4.69 pg/mL with a detection range of 7.81-500 pg/mL. The recommended sample volume is 100 μL. The kit recognises Rat IL-4 with no significant cross-reactivity or interference observed between Rat IL-4 and analogues, and both intra-assay and inter-assay CVs are reported at less than 15%.
